Sichuan Sanjian Jincheng Construction Machinery fully guarantees the 150-day campaign

Jul 01, 2025

On September 1st, Chengdu officially entered its silent period due to the epidemic. Sichuan Sanjian Jincheng Company worked together, planning ahead, transforming its "positional warfare" into a "guerrilla war." They employed various methods, including online office coordination, communication, and management, video conferencing to secure orders, and mobilizing personnel and materials to ensure product shipments. They worked tirelessly to ensure production continued despite the shutdown, furthering their 150-day campaign.

Since the group's mobilization order for the "150-day campaign," Jincheng Company's actual production time has been limited to just four days due to the pandemic, high temperatures, and power rationing. Faced with this challenging situation, the company responded promptly, conducting analysis and pre-emptive assessments, making advance plans, and rapidly deploying and mobilizing resources. They mobilized employees and materials through resource integration. Centered around their main plant, they established in-depth collaborations with supporting manufacturers, using Chongqing, East China, and Central China as guerrilla bases. They rented plants outside their region and dispatched workers and management teams to carry out production, ensuring safe and standardized production and guaranteeing product delivery deadlines and quality. They delivered a total of 18 tower cranes and construction elevators, achieving significant results. During this period of Chengdu's silence, Jincheng Company will continue this model to ensure continued order fulfillment.

To date, Jincheng Company has experienced a total of over 120 days of shutdown this year. However, the company has consistently adhered to the principle of "shutdown without stopping production." The General Manager personally met with customers, providing explanations through phone calls and video conferences. Meanwhile, the company has secured future orders, securing over 45 new units since August 25th. To ensure smooth order fulfillment, Jincheng Company has prepared contingency plans. Even before full production resumes at the Jincheng plant, the company will continue to ensure delivery through personnel rotation and resource integration, minimizing losses caused by the shutdown. This year marks the decisive year for the Group's "100 Billion Huaxi" goal. Despite facing numerous challenges, Jincheng Company has worked together to overcome them, expanding its market share and strengthening internal management to minimize the losses from the decline in output value caused by the shutdown. The company has also developed a new management model for ensuring output value and expanding scale despite insufficient production capacity. All employees of Sichuan Sanjian Jincheng Company will continue to strive bravely and contribute Jincheng's strength to the Group's strategic goals.
