Since the group's mobilization order for the "150-day campaign," Jincheng Company's actual production time has been limited to just four days due to the pandemic, high temperatures, and power rationing. Faced with this challenging situation, the company responded promptly, conducting analysis and pre-emptive assessments, making advance plans, and rapidly deploying and mobilizing resources. They mobilized employees and materials through resource integration. Centered around their main plant, they established in-depth collaborations with supporting manufacturers, using Chongqing, East China, and Central China as guerrilla bases. Even before full production resumes at the Jincheng plant, the company will continue to ensure delivery through personnel rotation and resource integration, minimizing losses caused by the shutdown.
