Our heavy equipment products are not one-size-fits-all; we customize equipment to meet the specifications of demanded sectors such as the following:
Warehouse & Logistics Hubs: Heavy-duty material hoists with 10-20 ton capacity to move large amounts of material vertically between floors, while portable gantry cranes enable loading/unloading containers in tight yards.
Municipal Engineering: Road repair pavers with adjustable asphalt thickness (as small as 3 - 15 cm) for a city street, and small-sized pile drivers for the construction of underground pipes (to minimize disruption of traffic).
Post-Disaster Reconstruction: Quick-assembly tower cranes that can be assembled and operational in 48 hours to take down the collapsed building, waterproof construction elevators to get to work on flooded site.
What Makes Our Heavy Equipment Different
Time Saving Deployment: Not just for our tower cranes but our elevators too, our cranes and elevators are not built from scratch on-site. Most cranes and elevators consist of pre-assembled components. (our cranes can save you 30% on-site install time compared to industry standard).
Smart/Low fuss Operating: Basic PLC control panels do not require complex training to operate. The crews can also alter the operating parameters without delay. Fuel tanks with built-in monitors alert the crews with a signal prior to running out of fuel, to prevent unexpected shutdown.
Cost Saving Design: For motors/cables etc., we use standardized spare parts across models. You do not have to worry about stocking multiple types of parts which has reduced your inventory costs drastically. The energy-efficient engines consume 15% less fuel to operate throughout long shifts.
Rugged for Tough Conditions: Towers for coastal-project cranes that have have anti-rust paint that lasts more than 5 years in salt air; high-altitude elevator cabins that are oxygen-balanced for builders in the mountain/rural areas.
